Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and market share.

- Enhance efficiencies across online platforms, including websites and marketplaces.

- Drive sales targets through lead generation and order fulfillment.

- Create promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

- Improve order fulfillment processes and collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align strategies.

- Take on additional responsibilities as needed with enthusiasm.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Experience in e-commerce sales or order management.

- Knowledge of logistics and fulfillment practices.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel).

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
