Driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic regulations.

Duties

- Safely operate delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws.

- Execute route driving efficiently to deliver trailers to designated locations in a timely manner.

- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and delivery confirmations.

- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning before each trip.

- Assist with shop tasks as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing trailers for delivery.

Skills

- Previous experience in shop operations is a plus.

- Valid commercial driving license needed; experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable.

- Proficient in operating trucks & pulling trailers and handling heavy lifting tasks.

- Familiarity with route driving and logistics management.

- Ability to perform manual labor, including moving heavy items safely.

- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
