Fabian Oil is currently seeking a full-time Oil / Propane delivery driver to join our delivery team. At Fabian, delivery drivers are responsible for ensuring heating fuel is delivered to customers around the state in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

Delivery Drivers should expect to perform all the following duties:

- Safely, efficiently, and courteously delivers petroleum products to residential and commercial customers.

- Performs a safety check of the delivery vehicle daily reporting any items needing repair.

- Safely and productively reviews daily manifest, loads truck, and makes deliveries. according to federal and state regulations and company policy.

- Follows all established delivery standards with emphasis on customer service, efficiency, and productivity.

- Attends and takes an active role in delivery driver meetings.

- Proactively reports any customer concerns encountered or other problems encountered

- Maintains a neat personal appearance including a clean uniform

- Promotes good customer relations by professionally interacting with all customers and by respecting customer property.

- Takes responsibility for adhering to truck safety standards.

- Participates in night and weekend on-call schedule.

- Embraces growth opportunities that involve cross-training or supporting other departments as needed.

- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for the Fuel Delivery Driver position will possess a Class A or B CDL with both Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate with a CDL and endorsements. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test is REQUIRED.

Requirements:

- Class A or B CDL

- HAZMAT & Tanker Endorsements

- Clean driving record.

- Ability to lift and pull equipment that weighs 50-75 lbs.

- Excellent customer service skills
