Drill and Shovel Mechanic

GMS is looking to add Experienced Drill and Shovel Mechanics to a surface mine. The candidate must hold a minimum of 5 years mine mechanic experience and have a current MSHA.

The chosen candidates will work either 7/7 or 14/14. 12 hour shifts, possible day and night shifts. Per diem available to those who qualify.

Must Have:

-Experience working on hydraulic shovels

-Experience working on Pit Viper 230 E series drills, Pit Viper 271 series drills

Looking for an experienced mechanic that can diagnose, troubleshoot, and plan for repairs during down days with little to no supervision.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
