Draftsman/woman

```Duties```

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software

- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications

- Review and analyze rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from customers and consultants

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards in all drafted designs

- Incorporate changes and modifications into existing drawings as directed by project managers, engineers, and consultants

- Prepare and update documentation such as bills of materials, assembly instructions, and schematics

- Assist with estimation by reviewing architectural or design drawings

- Perform onsite measurements at construction sites to verify existing conditions

```Experience```

- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Solid Edge or SolidWorks

- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles

- Proficiency in 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD or Draftsight

- Knowledge of engineering standards and codes

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Must have a G License and a clean driving record

This position requires a high level of technical expertise in drafting software and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and architects. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
