- Filing, copying, scanning or archiving controlled documents.
- Maintain and update document control databases and filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
- Process document change requests and ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, and released.
- Distribute controlled documents to appropriate personnel and locations as needed.
- Prepares requests for reproduction of documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all controlled information.
- Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration, records management, or related field preferred.
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Discreet, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
