We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Business Development Leader
requires a deep understanding of scaling products to the retail market, market dynamics, and customer needs across our product lines. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for innovation, partnership development, and commercial strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for current and new product portfolio.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions to align product offerings with customer requirements.
- Represent Fritz Industries at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Regulatory teams to support product development and commercialization.
- Translate customer insights into product innovation and process improvements.
- Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and supply chain coordination.
- Track business development KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue growth.
- Prepare business cases and executive presentations for strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree. Prefer MS/MBA.
- 10+ years proven success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Exhibited P&L responsibility.
- Familiarity with the aquarium hobbyist industry/aquaculture/water treatment a plus.
- Knowledge of retail, go to market strategies, familiarity with regulatory standards in our industry. Dealer/distributor knowledge.
- Experience in toll manufacturing and private label packaging.
- Will lead Sales, R&D, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Compliance and Manufacturing.
