Dispatcher – Head Office

Job Summary
CMI is looking for a Dispatcher to join our Transportation & Fleet Team. In this role, the successful candidate will manage customer expectations ensuring the pickup and delivery of bins meet all customer and company standards
Key Responsibilities
•Responding to customer queries
•Monitor customer cameras and schedule pick-ups accordingly
•Schedule routes as per customer requirements
•Follow, monitor and update all driver runs
•Address and resolve any concerns that arise
•Review all driver paperwork, ensure it is complete and accurate
Qualifications
•A post secondary education in operations/logistics is an asset
•2- 3 years minimum experience as a transportation dispatcher
•Knowledge of GTA and Southern Ontario
•Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
