Job Title: Director of Product Applications – Electrical Engineering

Reports To: Sr. Director, Product Applications

Nextracker is the global leader in intelligent solar tracker systems and software solutions. Our technology enables solar panels to follow the sun’s path to maximize energy output and system efficiency. As part of our mission to advance a sustainable energy future, we are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Product Applications – Electrical Engineering to lead the technical interface between our electrical engineering teams, customers, and product development organization.

The Director of Product Applications – Electrical Engineering will lead a team responsible for the technical application and integration of Nextracker’s electrical products into customer systems worldwide. This role bridges product design and real-world implementation, driving technical excellence in customer engagement, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, product management, and field operations.
