The Director of Policies and Training will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of company-wide policies and training programs. This position requires a strategic mindset to align training with organizational goals, strong leadership to manage teams and budgets, and expertise in both policy development and instructional design. The director ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Estimated Starting Salary Range

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $208,000 - $240,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
