The Director of Trading responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing a team of traders and schedulers.

- Driving trade generation and execution.

- Coordinating communication and position management amongst other regions.

- Communicating P&L and exposure to management.

- Ensure accurate and profitable use of assets within the team including storage and FT.

- Drive basis trading decisions and execution.

- Travel up to 25% of the time to our offices in Houston, TX and Canonsburg, PA, as well as conferences/events.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Minimum of 9 years of experience trading physical and financial gas.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.

- Strong mathematical skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Strong Excel skills.

- Strong PowerPoint skills.

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.

Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
