•Drive logistics procurement strategy (rail and trucking), supplier negotiation, and cost optimization aligned with P&L accountability.
•Support SAP implementation with a focus on process ownership, data accuracy, and post-go-live governance.
•Foster collaboration across Clusters and Functions, enhancing integration and alignment with operational and commercial stakeholders.
•Champion the development of reporting routines, including cluster performance inputs and executive-level updates.
•Promote a culture of cost discipline and performance-driven decision-making across logistics stakeholders.
•Establish frameworks for long-term planning, paving the way for future integration of Demand Planning and S&OP.
•Contribute as a core leader in GR NAM’s post-acquisition integration journey, balancing strategic vision with operational pragmatism.

•Direct experience in Demand Planning and/or S&OP is a plus.
•A data-driven mindset with the ability to connect operational detail to business impact.
•Skilled in cross-functional influence, executive communication, and team development.
