As a Director of Sales, working within the sales department at PanelClaw, Inc., you will be responsible for executing PanelClaw’s sales strategy within the Western U.S. territory and exceeding sales targets. You will partner with your peers in Sales and Marketing to identify and develop sales opportunities across all PanelClaw markets in the territory. You will originate and nurture deep relationships with various external stakeholders to ensure that PanelClaw continues growing market share, delivering as much revenue as possible from the territory in service of Enstall’s mission to bring Solar, Sooner.
We offer a competitive compensation determined by each individuals relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $80,000 and $90,000/annually. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for our uncapped commission plan. Expected first year earnings at target are $200,000+. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope that you still apply as there may be other roles that better align.
