About the Team

We’re currently seeking a Director of Sales Operations for our sales team. The Sales Team consists of Regional Business Development Managers, Specification Advisors, Project Advisors, and Project Estimators, working together to estimate, coordinate, and process large and complex projects.


About the Role

The Director of Sales Operations will be highly driven and results-oriented to lead global operational initiatives that drive revenue attainment, demand visibility improvement, and supply-demand alignment. This role partners with executive leadership and internal departments to ensure scalable growth, operational readiness, and predictable revenue recognition. As we scale, the Director of Sales Operations will operate at the intersection of strategic leadership and hands-on sales operations expertise, leading initiatives that directly impact our aggressive growth targets.


What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and analyze conversion metrics
Close strategic deals while supporting team members in complex negotiations
Own and manage the sales pipeline, monitoring KPIs and P&L metrics, identifying gaps and driving action plans to achieve results
Overhaul and modernize sales operations for scalability and speed
Implement and lead the adoption of automation and AI to streamline sales tasks, including quote generation and follow-ups, order entry and order management, and CRM data entry, ensuring we are optimizing our CRM tools
Serve as strategic liaison between sales, operations, engineering and finance teams
Ensure sales commitments are achievable and aligned with production capabilities
Represent the company in key customer relationships and contract negotiations
Develop sales training programs to improve close rates and customer engagement
Knowledge of specifications sales and experience working in manufacturing, ideal
Lead key sales initiatives across all channels


What You Will Need

10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in B2B sales
Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in fast-paced dynamic environments
Strong understanding of sales cycles and workflows
Advanced proficiency in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and delivering actionable insights through data and analytics
Sales strategy and planning experience including TAM assessment, segmentation, sales capacity modeling, territory design and quota setting
Proven success managing teams across multiple locations or states
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Expertise in CRM optimization and process automation. Experience utilizing AI is a big plus
Exceptional leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to operational excellence.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on tenure, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required sit for extended periods, and to use a computer. Work may require the individual to enter plant areas where performance factors such as heat, noise, dust, lifting of materials, and working around equipment will be encountered.

The pay range for this role is:

125,000 - 175,000 USD per year(All Locations)
