What will you do if hired?

Our ideal candidate answers "yes" to the following questions:

+ Member service principles and best practices + Strategic planning and execution, with a focus on service improvement + Call center operations, including quality assurance and service level optimization + Familiarity with energy efficiency technologies, renewable energy systems, and demand response strategies

This is an exempt level position. Annual salary $130,000 - $135,000.
