The Director of Community Management is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Property Management operations.
Education/Experience: BA/BS in Business. MBA preferred. 10+ years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. International experience helpful.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License. CMCA, AMS, and PCAM preferred.
Technical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Ability to work with basic office equipment & phone systems.
Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
