About The Role
We are seeking a Director of Mobile Engineering to lead the development of mission-critical mobile applications that enable the design, construction, and operation of next-generation nuclear infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee our mobile engineering function, guiding technical execution and team growth while ensuring seamless integration with broader product and engineering goals. Our mobile applications are not consumer-facing—they are essential tools for field operations, safety systems, project management, and compliance in one of the most complex and regulated industries in the world. This role requires a strong leader who can blend deep technical expertise with operational reliability, system thinking, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $198,000 - $228,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
