Director - Field Operations (Solar)

A DAY IN THE LIFE

- The Director of Field Operations is a champion of Blattner culture, standard work methods, standard work instruction, work plans, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment and development.

- Leads the work of General Superintendents and their respective trade (installation, electrical, civil, commissioning, grading & structures), ensuring all craft activities at the project sites are performed to the standard work methods and best-in-class safety and quality standards.

- Leads in the development and implementation of technical training and field leadership training/development for the business unit.

- Ensures the execution of goals that support the Business Unit's strategy and objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combinations of education and work experience required.

- Managerial Experience - Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and supervising construction teams. General Experience - Minimum of 15 years of construction experience.

$179,182.00 - $259,815.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
