What You’ve Accomplished

- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in lieu of degree

- At least 5 years of directly related experience

- Knows the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures in particular field of specialization

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including public speaking skills

- Proficiency with PC-based applications such as MS Office and other multi-media tools

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management

- Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team

- Knowledge of Instructional Techniques

- Conduct classroom training in accordance with structured lesson plans and sound instructional principles

- Advanced data analysis & learning management software skills (i.e. SuccessFactors, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe, etc.)

- Proficient designing & developing training using technology (virtual reality, 360 cameras, video, audio, etc.)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (delivering presentations, conducting tours, writing lesson plans, etc.)

- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment with multiple priorities.

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Digital Training Specialist in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Operational Support Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. The Support Services Training organization is responsible for the development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of technical training programs for the Installed Base-America (IB-A) organization, aligned with customer and industry requirements. Your work will include:

- Facilitating technical training sessions for various audiences

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional content

- Analyzing learning management system (LMS) data to identify and address performance gaps

- Creating digital training materials using video and audio tools

- Implementing virtual reality applications to enhance classroom learning experiences

- This role requires adaptability, creativity, and a strong ability to engage diverse learners in innovative ways.

- Other responsibilities include program design, content development (both digital and instructor-led), training delivery, Training Center maintenance, documentation, and program evaluation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
