Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Content & Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team. In this remote, part-time position, you'll play a key role in amplifying our digital presence through strategic content development and community engagement across social media and email marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

•

Develop and post original, on-brand content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

•

Adapt messaging for each platform’s tone, audience, and algorithm to boost engagement and visibility.

•

Monitor trends and update content strategies to reflect best practices.

•

Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-through rates) to inform content decisions.

•

Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

•

Perform community management, including responding to comments/messages and engaging with followers.

Email Marketing

•

Design, write, and send engaging newsletters and automated email campaigns.

•

Segment email lists for targeted messaging, including:

+ Re-engagement campaigns + Educational mini-series + Customer feedback & surveys + Holiday & seasonal promotions + VIP/subscriber-only content

•

Track campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Ideal Candidate

•

2+ years of proven experience in social media management and email marketing.

•

A college degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

•

Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.

•

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign, and basic analytics platforms.

•

Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

•

A team player who thrives in a remote work environment with flexible hours.
