JOIN OUR ROCHESTER MILLS TEAM AS A DIESEL MECHANIC Starting Pay - $25 - $33/hour CDL License is REQUIRED What You Will Do:

- Work a typical schedule of 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday with weekend hours as needed

- Service our Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks along with forklifts. This work will not only be on the chassis side of the vehicles, but a considerable amount of time working with PTOs, hydraulics, pumping systems etc. There may also be times when field repairs are required

- Perform preventative maintenance, monthly inspections

- Perform and analyze diagnostic tests to find faults in vehicles

- Minor engine repairs, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems; check vehicle lighting systems and test drive vehicles to gauge performance

- Work with vendors for preferred pricing and reduction of unit maintenance costs

- Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles

- Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers

- Always put safety first

Job Requirements:

- Diesel and aftertreatment diagnostic abilities

- Perform DOT required annual inspections

- Valid driver's license

- Highly organized and detail oriented

What Will Make You Stand Out:

- 5+ years fleet maintenance experience on class 8 trucks

- CDL A or B

- Familiar with DOT regulations to help maintain a safe reliable fleet
