Position Summary

Bridge Brothers is seeking an experienced and driven Detailing Manager to lead our detailing team in the creation of structural models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures. This is a key leadership role responsible for building a high-performing department capable of producing accurate, timely, and standardized deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of steel fabrication and BIM modeling, coupled with a strong passion for mentoring and developing others.
