About This Job

Overview:

A Deepwater Planner Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance production and modification activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for Gulf of Mexico production assets.

Responsibilities:

•

Plan and schedule discipline-specific and general maintenance activities.

•

Provide detailed procedural job steps within SAP.

•

Coordinate 3rd party and construction needs for orders.

•

Requisition materials/services for repairs.

•

Comply with EME process requirements.

•

Develop 14/7 day schedules and prioritize/allocate resources.

•

Consult with Discipline Planners for work planning guidance.

•

Coordinate schedule and work prep activities with team members.

•

Create and modify corrective maintenance task lists.

•

Manage standing and weekly absence orders.

•

Ensure timely closure and TECO of orders.

•

Verify completeness of work prep before setting SAP status to EXEC.

Qualifications:

•

High School diploma or equivalent required

•

Real ID driver's license or current U.S. passport required

•

3+ years of production planning and scheduling experience required.

•

Safe Gulf certification.

•

Strong Excel skills for charts and tables.

•

Excellent clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

•

Experience in production data entry and logistics.

•

SAP experience required.
