Overview:
A Deepwater Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance production and modification activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for Gulf of Mexico production assets.
Responsibilities:
•Plan and schedule discipline-specific and general maintenance activities.
•Provide detailed procedural job steps.
•Coordinate 3rd party and construction needs for orders.
•Requisition materials/services for repairs.
•Comply with EME process requirements.
•Develop 14/7 day schedules and prioritize/allocate resources.
•Consult with Discipline Planners for work planning guidance.
•Coordinate schedule and work prep activities with team members.
•Create and modify corrective maintenance task lists.
•Manage standing and weekly absence orders.
•Ensure timely closure and TECO of orders.
•Verify completeness of work prep before setting SAP status to EXEC.
Qualifications:
•3+ years of production setting experience required.
•Strong maintenance planning experience required
•SAP experience preferred.
•Strong Excel skills for charts and tables.
•Excellent clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
•Experience in production data entry and logistics.
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Real ID driver's license or current passport
