Summary:
A day porter is responsible for making sure your building/facility looks professional, clean, presentable and inviting at all times. A day porter will operate discreetly to ensure everything is taken care of to set standards and will not interfere with client’s daily activities. Performs custodial maintenance duties at client site as assigned. Duties of the Day Porter position will vary at each account location and will be performed as assigned by management. Specific duties of the Day Porter position may include but are not limited to: Working various shifts and schedules and performing other related duties as assigned.

Employee will conduct company business and work-related tasks at an onsite (Crisp Environments office) and/or offsite (remote) location. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to cleaning chemicals.
Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills-Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to speak simple sentences.
Reasoning Ability-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
