Databook Coordinator: Primary responsibility is for the creation of project specific Quality Assurance Data Books, a key customer deliverable. Expectation that candidate will become proficient in all aspects of the Quality group including internal audits and corrective action process.
- Manage Project Inspection & Test Plans (ITP):
- Create initial ITP based on project ACS selections
- Deliver initial ITP revision to Project Management for Customer Approval
- Release approved ITP to suppliers (internal and external to Solar)
- Maintain future revisions to ITP, and release to suppliers as needed.
- Create Project Databook
- Collect inspection checklists, stamp-off-sheets, certificates of conformance, and other documents from internal and external sources required by the ITP
- Compile documents into data book template
- Perform and document IPV check of data book and submit for Quality Gate review.
- Update data book based on QG feedback
- Obtain data book approval from Project Management
- Deliver electronic copy of Databook and soft copy (PDF) to customer as specified in Databook request
- Support Material Review and Corrective Action Meetings
- Attend Bi-Weekly MRCA meetings
- Participate in Corrective Action process as assigned
- Recommend product/process improvements
- Attend /facilitate ITP and Databook Status meetings, project tollgate meetings, and all other ITP and Databook related meetings.
- Support and facilitate CLCA process as required.
- Proficient in Adobe Professional, or other PDF editor tools
- Proficient in Office 365 Tools:
