Hiring Salary Range: $86,900 - $130,400 Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.
Under general supervision, this position will serve as a key collaborator with the Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to advance data strategies and support the Finance Division’s operational goals. Contribute to the optimization of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual workflows with technological automation. Play a key role in identifying trends within data sets and developing algorithms to transform raw data into actionable insights and enterprise efficiencies. Leverage expertise to enhance data retrieval processes and establish best practices for creating dashboards, reports, and other tools to support stakeholder decision-making. Additionally, assist in managing, optimizing, monitoring, and overseeing the retrieval, storage, and distribution of data across the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Explore ways to collect, organize, and maintain financial data from various systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Optimize data retrieval and develop solutions for integrating and analyzing large datasets.
- Analyze and organize raw data, effectively finding ways to combine data from various sources
- Assist with building data set processes, including data ingestion and creating BI reports and dashboards
- Conduct complex data analysis, evaluate business needs and objectives, interpret trends and patterns
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Support compliance program in Finance Division, which includes assisting in finding solutions to create controls in the work environment and work efficiencies in data analysis.
- Provide support with general ledger reconciliations and journal entries processes and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and upgrade applications and systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills:
- AI-native: Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, and consistent use in day-to-day tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis. Scripting and statistics skills.
- Strong SQL skill: Advanced SQL capabilities, including joining large datasets, creating Common Table Expressions (CTEs), and experience working with both Azure environments and local storage solutions.
- Expertise with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power Automate). Experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with D365 Finance & Operations is desirable.
- Thorough understanding of accounting & finance principles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create actionable stories from insights.
- Python for data wrangling and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
- Maintain data auditability, security, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively independently, as a member of a team, and cross functionally.
