We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role will serve as the analytical backbone of our campaigns. You will work directly with the founders and campaign managers to dig deep into data, monitor daily progress, identify insights, and support decision-making across multiple campaigns.

What will your daily responsibilities look like?
- Work side by side with campaign managers to track, analyze, and optimise campaign performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards that highlight key metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights that help the team make faster and better decisions.
- Develop and maintain internal reporting formats for campaign health checks.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis using Google Sheets and Excel to answer ad-hoc questions from the leadership and campaign teams.
- Build simple automated sheets, lookup systems, trackers and models for campaign managers to use in their daily work.
- Ensure all data used for decision making is accurate, structured, and error-free at all times.
- Graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or performance analysis roles
- Advanced Excel skills
are mandatory (Pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, conditional functions, data cleaning, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and convert them into meaningful insights.
- Experience with influencer marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or advertising is a bonus.
