Overview
The Data Analyst in Customer Support will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
•Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer support.
•Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. • Work closely with the Customer Support team in a CRM to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
•Create and present data-driven recommendations to improve customer support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Development and Marketing, to ensure a holistic approach to customer experience.
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data validation and quality checks.
•Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
•Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
•Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
•Experience with statistical analysis, AI, and data mining techniques. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
•Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
•Experience with customer support or CRM systems is a plus.
