The Business Systems Analyst partners with business stakeholders to serve as primary contact for answering questions as to how user data ecosystems work from a business and technical perspective, translates business requirements into technical specifications and partners with the capability team members to develop logical technical processes, and acts as proxy product owner and can represent priority and business needs in absence of product owner. Focuses on establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs. This role will also assist in inputting and maintaining master data in SAP, Salesforce etc. as required.
This is not a remote role, the ideal candidate will need to be located in Wisconsin, due to this position being on-site and reporting into our Waukesha Headquarters
Major Responsibilities
•Plays an integral role in overall success of data management by ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
•Drives solution design that meets the current and emerging business requirements
•Identifies requirements by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
•Documents requirements in form of epic and user stories
•Works with Product Owners to define, prioritize and manage data projects & initiatives.
•Partners with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions
•Helps business leaders clarify their objectives and expectations for technological innovation efforts
•Partners with solution architects to provide scalable and adaptable architectural solutions
•Maintains system protocols, development standards by documenting solution design and both business and technical processes
•Prepares technical reports on data quality, data governance by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
•Audits data against established rule sets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information
•Develops and maintains policies, standards and guidelines to ensure that a consistent technological framework is applied across the company
•Ensures Master Data Management needs are met, in compliance with agreed upon governance and quality standards
•Mentors and acts as a resource to less experienced data analysts
•Plans, assigns and monitors day to day and project tasks for offshore team members
•Improves processes by determining, investigating and resolving data quality issues, and an on-going process for maintaining quality data, and defining data quality audit procedures
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
•Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
•5 years experience working within an ERP and CRM systems
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
•Ability to create and maintain master data
•Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Education
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Work Experience
•Master Data Management experience.
•Previous experience using SAP, Salesforce, MDM or equivalent ERP.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams.

•Knowledge of SAP processes and related data (OTC, PTP, PTM, RTR, SLM, Master data).
•Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
•Ability to develop Data Governance principles, standards, and procedures.
•Demonstrated ability to lead complex, strategic, and operational initiatives.
•Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices.
•Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection.
•Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues.
•Internally and externally recognized subject matter expert that influences the way things are done.
