We have two locations. This position is an in-person role at 78 Tandberg Trail in Windham, ME 04062

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

- Interacting with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide information and scheduling on products or services.

- Collects and enters payments and orders for new or additional products or services.

- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Educational and experience requirements include minimum High school diploma or GED.

- Three or more years’ experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Experience within the heating oil and/or propane industry preferred.

- Familiarity with customer management software used in the propane and fuel oil industry is preferred.

- Experience with a multi-line phone system

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment.

- A pleasant and professional demeanor with the ability to multi-task.

- Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
