- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage customer information and update records.
- Provide clients with information and assist customers with inquiries
- Collaborate with the client team to maintain relationships with current clients.
- Enter customer data into our database with precision and accuracy.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer relations role
- Proficiency in data entry and excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with computerized systems and software.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
