Customer Service Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email

•

Generate and process quotes and sales orders with accuracy, and follow up on inquiries

•

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, inventory availability, and lead times

•

Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and cross-sell where appropriate

•

Collaborate with outside sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction

•

Coordinate returns, credits, and replacements in a professional and timely manner

•

Track sales trends, customer feedback, and follow up on open orders and backorders

•

Handle customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency

•

Maintain accurate records and sales activities in CRM and ERP systems

Qualifications:

•

High school diploma, Associate degree a plus

•

2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

•

Detail-oriented and highly organized

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

•

Experience with ERP or CRM systems

•

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

•

Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls

•

Team player with a proactive and positive approach
