Position Summary:
Serves customers by providing account, product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provides a positive Customer Service experience to all existing and potential customers.
•Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
•Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
•Maintains customer records by updating account information.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
•Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information.
•Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Maintains a professional relationship in and outside of the work environment with customers and coworkers.
•Utilizes software to perform work duties (includes, but not limited to, Microsoft Suite)
•Performs compliance processing in order to meet federal, state and local regulations.
•Understands and meets all DOT requirements as necessary.
•Facilitates proposals from Service Team to existing and potential customers.
•Managers accepted proposals from existing and potential customers.
•Assist Manager in creating/managing various Blue Flame programs.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•High School diploma and equivalent
•Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices

•Ability to lift, bend, climb, pull, push equipment in propane environment
•Problem solving for troubleshooting issues with different units in maintenance in repair

Company Description: Parco Propane is a retail propane company. We install new tanks, gas piping and along with regular deliveries. We service both residential and commercial needs. We provide temporary heat during construction phases of a project through maintaining supply during daily operations, we meet all of our customers demands for propane and services.
