Full-time position, Monday- Friday 10 am - 7 pm., as a Customer Service Representative for an energy company.
A qualified candidate must possess excellent phone etiquette in addition to being extremely detail oriented.
Duties to include:
Interaction with customers via inbound calls providing assistance and information.
Office support with Field Representatives.
Process data entry on company software.
Use company software to trouble shoot and solve customer issues.
MUST have the ability to work in fast paced environment to handle high pressure calls from customers.
Excellent phone etiquette is a MUST.
Must be a team player.
Minimum 5 years customer service experience necessary.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 5 years of business and residential customer service experience
•Possess and or has the willingness to learn about LPG products and services
•Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate and convincingly persuade others
•Professional and articulate with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
•It is preferred (not required) that the successful candidate will possess some mechanical knowledge
•Strong data entry skills and attention to detail needed
•Exercise solid organizational and communication skills.
•Good phone skills and computer literacy.
•Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
•Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
•Effectively collaborate with leadership and employees to establish goals and standards.
•Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and safety.
Responsibilities
•The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing customer retention, and acquiring new customers
•This position serves as the primary contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound sales and service calls while performing administrative tasks to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency
•Handle incoming calls and utilize a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
•Maintain an in-depth knowledge of All State Propane products and services, customer account and billing processes, and various policies related to product delivery and service
•Handle administrative, data entry, reporting
