Duties

•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
•Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
•Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
•Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address recurring issues.
•Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to help improve overall service quality.
Requirements
•Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, with strong sales skills being a plus.
•Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
•Ability to analyze information effectively and communicate findings clearly.
•Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
•Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
