What you will do:
•You will be based out of our New Iberia Administration Center
•Principal point of contact delivering an exceptional customer experience, through meeting and exceeding the defined standards
•Manage the client relationship throughout the life of the hire
•Proactively setting expectations and communicating any variations to the original order, including changing technical requirements, hire extensions and additional services
•Make ad-hoc decisions in the best interests of the customer
•Assist the customer with regards to new orders, post-order follow-up activities and in expediting the process
•Translate customer requirements across multiple systems as needed and ensure the operational teams are well versed in customer requirements
•Take ownership for all customer queries, breakdown, or complaints, liaising with the appropriate teams to ensure these are resolved promptly to the customers satisfaction
•Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and positively impacts their feedback
•Answers inbound telephone calls, emails, and other channels and deals with them promptly and efficiently against agreed KPIs
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
•University Degree / Specialized Diploma / Vocational Training
•Driven by higher standards of excellence
•Customer Service experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably within a rental environment
•Excellent interpersonal skills and effective ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
•Experience with an ERP system, or customer relationship management (CRM) database, power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other software programs
