For almost 50 years, Eversoft, Inc. has been a Southern California leader in the water filtration and water softening industry. Located in Long Beach, CA, we are looking for administrative help in our Service Department.
This role is a customer service position that is dedicated to supporting one department. It has responsibility for keeping internal and external parties up-to-date regarding the status of our work orders. This means speaking with employees who are located on-site, calling and emailing employees who are off-site, connecting with our customers both by phone and email and updating reports so that others can use those reports to be up-to-date as well. It also involves regularly scheduling of our services with customer accounts. - Managing emails and incoming phone calls to the department
- Identify customers' needs to drive customer satisfaction
- Build positive relationships with customer accounts through open and reliable communication
- Handle customer complaints
- Use our company software to book orders, update orders and retrieve information
- Gather information; update reports
- Coordinate with customers and others as needed to schedule our visits to our customer locations
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years working in an administrative capacity desired
- Minimum of 2 years working in a customer-facing support position desired
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be able to adhere to department and company procedures, including deadlines
