Palmdale Como Propane is seeking a Customer Service to be the first point of contact with our customers. Our CSR's are responsible for ensuring an extraordinary customer experience by building and maintaining relationships with our customers and providing prompt and accurate service. Our Customer Service Representatives are sales driven, passionate, customer-focused professionals with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking!
- Solves customer service issues with the goal of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Answers phone calls and responds to all customer inquiries including, but not limited to, pricing, billing, documenting complaints and setting up new orders.
- Accurately maintains customer data, transactions, and information through accurate data entry and monitoring, including propane tank information.
- Solves customer service issues with the goal of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Prospect for potential leads and follow up inquiries via phone and email.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of different programs and make suitable suggestions based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Moderate knowledge in Microsoft office and windows based applications.
- Must have strong organizational skills as well as be detailed oriented.
- Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must have a professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure and remain pleasant under pressure situations.
- Must be resourceful and excel at problem resolution.
- Must have a driven motivation for sales.
- Ability to multi-task under high-pressure situations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, customers and the general public.
