Customer Service Representative

Catania Medallic Specialty is the number one challenge coin supplier to the First Responder Industry. We are also the Awards and Promotional Product Industry’s leading supplier of custom medals, keychains, bottle openers, and lapel pins. We have been awarded the Industry Supplier of the Year five times over the past 15 years. Since 1971, we have designed and manufactured custom medals at our factory located in Avon Lake, OH.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering phones to provide the first point of contact for new and existing customers for custom award products.

- Provide phone and email quotations for our products.

- Process orders into our production system and provide estimated shipping dates.

- Daily billing once orders ship and process credit card payments.

- Track orders through FedEx and UPS.

- Other duties as needed to support sales.

- Be a team player and be able to present ideas and design solutions for artwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
