We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Care Home Survey Associate to visit customers’ homes, collect required documents/photos, and provide simple tech support—no selling.
- Visit scheduled appointments (we provide the leads/addresses).
- Capture clear photos of the power bill, electric meter, main electrical panel, and roof (ground-level/curbside).
- Help customers log in to their utility/online billing account and download the latest bill.
- Start a Zoom call and connect the customer with their Energy Specialist to review their proposal; stay available for basic support.
- Upload all photos/files to our CRM, label correctly, and complete checklists.
- Communicate status updates (arrival, completion, issues) to the team.
This is a customer support & document collection role—not sales.
- Evening availability (peak customer times).
- Laptop or tablet for logins/Zoom (hotspot or data plan a plus).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable with Zoom, email, Google Drive/Photos (or similar tools).
- Able to take well-lit, readable photos and follow a checklist precisely.
- Professional, clear communicator; patient when guiding customers.
Nice to have: Bilingual (English/Spanish); prior field support, utilities/solar, or home-services experience.
