Custodian

Farmers Electric Cooperative has an immediate opening for a Custodian to join our staff. This position performs a variety of tasks associated with the sanitation and maintenance of our Greenville headquarters campus.

In addition to general knowledge of building/lawn maintenance, including cleaning and sanitation of all facilities and keeping the grounds manicured, the successful candidate must be able to make minor repairs, wash vehicles, unlock doors daily, and maintain/stock break room supplies and stock vending machines.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.

Candidates must have the ability to operate mowers, weed-eaters, trimmers, tractor with brush hog, 2-wheel dolly and fork lift. Outside work in all kinds of weather may be required.

This job will report to our Greenville, Texas office. The assigned hours will be Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
