What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in residential exterior cleaning (gutter, window, pressure washing, etc.)

Leadership skills to manage, motivate, and train a small crew

Dependable and self-motivated, ready to work independently

*Comfortable working at heights

*Valid driver’s license

*Reliable transportation

*Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of your crew
