Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and manage our erosion teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' properties .
•
Supervise and lead a team of erosion workers in various projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
•
Build, and maintain, according to design specifications.
•
Provide training and guidance to team members on proper erosion techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
•
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control.
•
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Skills
•
Proven experience in crew leader position with a strong understanding of erosion control.
•
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
•
Knowledge of BMP's.
•
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
•
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
•
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in project execution.
•
Clean MVR (will be verified) and DOT physical will be required
