Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
•Lead and supervise a team of workers in performing various industrial tasks, including hydroblasting, spill response, air machine operation, chemical cleaning, waste management, and tank maintenance.
•Plan and coordinate daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
•Conduct pre-job briefings and safety meetings to communicate job expectations, hazards, and safety protocols.
•Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
•Operate and maintain industrial equipment, including hydroblasting units, air machines, and chemical cleaning systems.
•Respond to spill incidents and oversee containment and cleanup efforts, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
•Manage waste disposal processes, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
•Perform inspections and maintenance on tanks and other industrial equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
•Maintain accurate records of work activities, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.
•Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support for ongoing projects.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Minimum Education and Experience
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting, with hands-on experience in hydroblasting, spill response, air machine operation, chemical cleaning, waste management, and tank maintenance.
•Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
•Certification in hazardous materials handling or spill response preferred.
•First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Work Environment
•Tools, equipment, machinery used: Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Tank cleaning equipment.
•Working conditions: Will be exposed to all weather conditions. Work on various structures and surfaces both at ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150 ft. Work in confined spaces. Work a 12-hour shift with 30-minute lunch breaks. If requested, work overtime, and respond to emergency callouts whenever they occur. Work days, nights, and weekends. Travel to customer and other Miller sites as needed.
•Physical effort required: Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crawl, bend, squat, and kneel. Must be capable of climbing towers/vessels/tanks.
