About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, as well as hydraulic systems. Must be familiar in both Liebherr and Grove systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery. A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

•

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment, including automotive repair tasks.

•

Assemble components of machinery as needed, ensuring proper functionality.

•

Operate heavy equipment safely while performing repairs or maintenance tasks.

•

Conduct air brake inspections and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards.

•

Perform soldering tasks for electrical components as needed.

•

Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Experience

•

Proven experience in mechanic roles, particularly with heavy equipment operation, including cranes preferred.

•

Proficiency in automotive repair techniques is highly desirable.

•

Familiarity with air brake systems, hydraulic systems, soldering, and tire service is a plus.

•

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols in all work performed.
