The Opportunity

We're seeking a

to lead our corporate accounting function across all business lines. This is a high-impact role where you'll own month-end close processes, drive financial reporting excellence to public company standards, and serve as a key liaison between corporate accounting, operations, and senior leadership. You'll build and lead a talented team while establishing best-in-class processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Own

✔️ Lead monthly/quarterly close and consolidation processes across upstream, CCUS, power, and midstream segments

✔️ Oversee corporate accounting including cash, intercompany, debt, derivatives, leases, joint ventures, and O&G assets

✔️ Prepare and analyze financial results for senior management and key stakeholders

✔️ Drive continuous improvement in internal controls and risk management

✔️ Manage corporate accounting team and third-party partners

✔️ Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and audit teams

What You Bring

✅

of accounting experience with

✅ Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA required or in-progress

✅ Advanced US GAAP

expertise and upstream accounting knowledge

✅ Strong leadership skills with team management experience

✅ Systems proficiency (Enertia, SAP, Workiva, Power BI a plus)

✅ Public company experience or Big 4 audit background preferred

✅ Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, growth-oriented environments
