Red Elephant is seeking a Controller to join our high-performance team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in managing the financial health of our growing organization—overseeing accounting, ensuring compliance, and providing the insights that fuel smart decisions and sustainable growth.

Our team designs, manufactures, and installs:

- Large-format graphics

- Interior and exterior signage

- Leasing and monument signs

- Electric building signs

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.

- Manage accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Implement and maintain robust financial systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, guiding accounting practices.

- Partner with other departments to support strategic initiatives and operational goals.

- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or similar certification a plus).

- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles.

- Proficiency in IFRS standards and technical accounting knowledge.

- Hands-on experience with financial software systems and reporting tools.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Pay: $92,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
