Position Description

This field-based support position works under the direction of the Origis Site Representative and is assigned to utility-scale solar projects across the United States. The role is responsible for observing and reporting on construction activities, with a focus on monitoring subcontractor practices, workmanship, and compliance with project safety, quality, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in solar construction, a strong understanding of construction methods and site procedures, and the ability to consistently document and communicate field conditions with accuracy and objectivity. This position plays a key role in maintaining high project standards and ensuring real-time visibility into site performance.
