We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data & AI Governance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining data governance policies, ensuring data quality, compliance, and proper data management practices across the organization. This role requires collaboration with various business units to support data stewardship and regulatory requirements.
· Support Enterprise Data & AI Governance Framework – Contribute to the development, maintenance, and communication of data and AI standards, policies, and procedures, including the creation and upkeep of the business glossary to ensure clarity and consistency, while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
· Enable and Support Data Stewardship – Onboard, train, and guide Data Stewards on DQ concepts, tools, and governance best practices, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
· Implement and Maintain Data Quality Framework – Support the setup, execution, and ongoing optimization of data quality processes across business domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
· Define and Manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) – Collaborate with domain data stewards to identify, document, and operationalize CDEs in line with governance, compliance, and business priorities.
· Develop and Optimize DQ Rules and Queries – Design, review, and refine data quality rules, queries, and improvement plans to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data across systems.
· Build and Manage Data Quality Dashboards – Create and maintain dashboards to monitor data health, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders.
· Document Processes and Maintain SharePoint Resources – Create, update, and organize process documentation, user guides, and governance assets within SharePoint to ensure centralized, easy access for stakeholders.
· Data and AI literacy – Assist with designing and delivering targeted training, resources, and communications that enhance understanding of data governance principles and the responsible use of AI across diverse user groups.
- Strong understanding of data & AI governance frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations.
- Experience with data quality tools and metadata management is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Experience with Databricks
- Knowledge of SAP
- Certification in data governance (e.g., DGSP) is an advantage.
